When I really learnt this, it absolutely revolutionised my business.
You see as an entrepreneur we often think that we need to do it all ourselves. Before launching Owners Collective I was totally guilty of this. I tried to do everything myself, and I mean everything! From the bookkeeping to the legals and right through to socials, I was taking it all on.
Now of course this was ridiculous, but I didn’t see it at the time. There was always a reason I thought that I should keep doing everything….not enough cashflow, I could do it quicker/cheaper/better…..
Simply, it’s just not true.
Then, I started building Owners Collective, and for our members I knew that I wanted them to get the ultimate exposure to the industry best. So I pulled together THE Dream Team. Mindset, through to social media, financials, sales, design, you name it – I was pulling in the big guns.
True business Mavericks, that had created businesses on their terms. Legends at what they did, and owning the way that they did it. Differently. Because that’s what we’re all about.
