A conversation with Grace Bae from A Little Bite Studio
What do you do:
I practise my own art while teaching little + big creatives to go after their creative passion + dreams.
How do you start your morning?
Since the lockdown, everything has changed. I jump onto youtube and dance ( sometimes yoga) with my 6 year old son Aiden. This sets the tone of the day.
Tea or coffee?
A big coffee lover here.
What are your top 3 values?
Authentic
Creative
Joy
How do your values shape your life & work?
I always stick to my gut feelings with all the decisions I make and my work brings me so much joy and creative energy!
What does home mean to you?
Home to me is a little (Sydney apartment) cozy place where I feel comfortable putting my feet up and where my Son sings and dances in the background 24/7.
What do you love doing at home?
Since the lockdown, I’ve brought my studio home. I’m currently using the corner of our living space to create, make art, online classes and a messy space for my son Aiden.
What book or podcasts are inspiring you right now?
I’m currently binge listening to Make Your Break Podcast by Jai Long.
What does your nightly wind down routine look like?
I like to end the day with a cup of hot peppermint tea. I put my son to sleep then create a checklist of things to do the next day.
